A decade and two kids later he helped us purchase the home we hope to be in for the next 20-30 years, and where our kiddos will grow up. Corey was so patient as we looked for our first home. When we started the search, we weren't sure what we could afford versus what we wanted from the house. He knew everything about the process and answered our myriad of questions. Even after we settled and realized a handful of renovations needed done, he was fantastic in giving us personal recommendations for local trades people. We like to think we purchased our forever home so in theory we won't need his help again anytime soon, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Corey was great to work with! He was patient as we were outbid time after time and continued to give us advice on how to leverage our offers well through weeks and months of house hunting. We wanted to know what our monthly payments would look like before we offered on each home (based on taxes, interest rate changes, etc.), so that we felt comfortable and at ease with our best offer, and Corey and his team made sure to get us that information quickly and thoroughly, so we could put our offers in on time. And when we sold our first home, he priced and listed it perfectly, allowing us to choose the best offer from at least a dozen! Great experience and would highly recommend Corey!

Totally pleased from beginning to end! We were hesitant listing in January but after meeting with Corey we felt confident moving forward. His pricing strategy proved to be just the thing to get many showings on the first day! By the close of the second day we had numerous offers and ended up getting $20k over asking. We settled in 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier! Would definately recommend Corey , totally pleased!!

Corey knows the market and knows his buyers. Corey was great to work with. He was very patient in helping us find our dream home. When a property came along we were interested in he always jumped to action. He kept focused on the type of property and price range we we were looking for. When the right places came up, he gave us honest information and never pushed a property on us we were not interested in. In a very competitive market he worked hard until the right deal came though.
